Associations disposant du droit de recours
Le droit de recours est exclusivement accordé aux organisations environnementales nationales qui existent depuis au moins 10 ans. Actuellement, ce sont 30 associations habilitées à recourir selon la LPN et/ou la LPE. Cette habilitation est fixée dans l’ordonnance fédérale relative à la désignation des organisations habilitées à recourir dans les domaines de la protection de l’environnement ainsi que de la protection de la nature et du paysage.
